This page should function similar to the Articles & Videos page, except a 'Service Category' list will be permanently affixed left instead (just selected labels/keywords as before), and the results in this box will not be titles with thumbs. They will be the actual posts, ordered by highest star rating. The 'Preferred Contractors' tab must stay highlighted.
Each contractor will be listed in their own post with the 'show date' option turned off.
A 'star' rating system is desired (rates the post but appears to rate the contractor). Minimum space between each post. Won't need titles.
It is desired that the initial post be the highest rated contractor from each category. In case of ties, one from each category is chosen at random.
Page requires an ominpresent disclaimer at bottom.
